Richard and Peter Lee have serviced my 2007 and 2009 Hyundais for years and I will not go anywere else the get my service. I have purchased many cars and trucks, new and used, from many dealers in Southern California and El Paso, Texas. I have shopped at a lot more. I have never had an experience like the one I had at Cerritos Hyundai. I have had friendly and knowledgeable sales people, a large selection and good prices before. But I have never had such a complete positive experience like Cerritos Hyundai. Alex was great. We felt very comfortable dealing with him. No pressure, just patience and a smiling face. He explained the cars so well and answered every question. The selection was wonderful and we got exactly the car we wanted. They went out of their way to get us a great deal then let us decide. Again, no pressure. We had never purchased a car from Cerritos Hyundai, but they have done all the service on our Sonata that we purchased in El Paso. The service has always been great and we didn't know if the sales portion could match that level of service. We found out it does. Now we have an Elantra to go with our Sonata. I would recomend Cerritos Hyundai for both sales and service. They are the best at both. More

It started a little shaky because they did not have the vehicle that I wanted with the specifics I wanted. After a little while of seeing if I wanted anything on their lot which I wasn't willing to settle vehicle that I wanted with the specifics I wanted. After a little while of seeing if I wanted anything on their lot which I wasn't willing to settle for, they offered to go get the vehicle that I wanted after finding it at another dealership. Later, they arrived with the desired car that I was looking for with the interior I was looking for. George ( a fairly new associate ) was excellent with his customer service and humor. A pretty good dealership in comparrison to other ones that I have been to. They do not all swarm you trying to make a sale. While all car dealerships will have some flaws, you have to understand it is a business. You are there to buy a car, and I think they do a great job of answering questions and selling. More
