I went to specifically purchase a vehicle since the one I had was in very bad shape. I knew how long the process could be considering that I had bought a vehicle at the dealership before. When I got there I explained this to the sales rep, Alex, and he was understanding of my intentions to get in and out quickly. He respected my wishes and did not approach me or become intrusive on my buying experience. He waited until I was ready and answered all the questions that I had. He worked out a great deal for me and I even financed through the dealers bank because of this. The total time for everything was a bit under 2 hours. This was excellent considering the fact that I previously took almost 1/2 a day to do the same thing on my 1st buy. I would definitely recommend to go to Cerritos Hyundai and ask for Alex. All together a good buying experience. More

I went in today only to test drive a Hyundai after having heard good comments about gas mileage and sleek look of the Elantra. Cerritos was the 3rd Hyundai dealership I visited, looking for a new Genesis. The first 2 dealerships, South Bay and Harbor, did not seem interested in selling me a car. One didn't even have a salesperson come out and greet me. I had to go to reception and ask for a salesperson. And the last one was not interested in negotiating with me, and allowed me to leave after talking with me for a matter of minutes. Maybe they didn't feel I was interested. Cerritos Hyundai had excellent service. Although our salesperson was rather new there, only 16 days in, he was very nice. I would say it helped him a lot that he didn't have to try to sell me the car, as I came with the intent of buying. On the other hand, David the Sales Manager was there trying to sell a car. He was more than willing to negotiate with me on my trade in (gave me higher than KBB Fair!!!) and give me the price I was looking for. Was there a little pressure to buy yesterday? Sure, that's their job... But they gave me my space and allowed me to return the next day with my wife, so she could test drive the car. They left us alone to talk after the test drive and then we were in and out of finance in less than 5 minutes! UNHEARD OF! I would definitely recommend Cerritos Hyundai to any prospective buyers. I would definitely look for David if you are looking to trade in a car. As for the dealership, bathrooms were very clean and the showroom was well kept. I would recommend a small popcorn machine for the kiddies! More

Cerritos Hyundai. Purchased a Hyundia Elentra recently. The salesman who approached me at the lot was Maual Vazquez. He came reight away and I did not have to wait. I had doen research in advance so I knew the price that the car was online through the Hyundai website and other sites to see the factor price. When I got to the lot, I had all my notes written down which helped a lot. I did not get any added features (i.e. tented windows, car alarm, etc). I knew my budget before coming in as well (this is really important). Mr. Vazquez let me test drive the car. I would honestly say that I give them a 4 or 4.5 stars. My tip is before going to any car delar do your research, read online the prices (one 3-5 websites), and test tdrive the car. If the sales man in rude or takes too long to find you, then just leave the dealership and go elsewhere. The car on the lot is what you get. So if it had added features, you are paying for those in the price. Tip: If you recently graduated from a 4 year college you can get $400 rebate off your car. The sales man first told me $500 but he had given me misinformation and did apologize for that (even though as a sales representative it is a good idea to know all that information first or ask if you do not know before telling a potential client that). The sales man Manual Vazquez can just improve and learn from this situation. Manual Vazquez was nice and friendly and not rude to me. He showed me all the elentra models and I told him my budget and the basic features I wanted and the color I wanted. I also mentioned what price I had found online too so he could not make the price higer. More

The customer service was excellent they made sure me and my guests were comfortable durning our visit. I am very happy with the deal I got at Cerritos Hyunda.
