The work was completed well, and the intake process was smooth. Pick up had a few hiccups. I paid my bill online to save time-as it was suggested by text, and called in so that my car would be waiting for smooth. Pick up had a few hiccups. But, I still had to wait in the same line as those who hadn’t paid in advance - defeating the whole point. There was also a snafu in that someone’s keys were misplaced, and the car was blocking all the other cars in, including mine. Last, and the weirdest, 3 employees started horsing around and then it almost turned into a fight when it went too far! Another employee broke it up. More
