I had a flat tire and they took me without an appointment, on an emergency basis. I was so glad they did! The spare tire is very small and I didn't feel safe driving on the freeway with it, so I appointment, on an emergency basis. I was so glad they did! The service was good and people I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. I was just not happy with the initial appointment scheduled for the recall repair. I was contacted multiple times to confirm that I would be there but when I arrived, I was informed right off the bat that the parts needed to service my car were not available and I had to reschedule for another day. I understand that your appointment system is automated, but it would be beneficial on your end if the parts required were physically confirmed to be available before calling, texting, AND emailing me to confirm my set appointment.
