My name is James Henderson and I had my car serviced at Norm Reeves Hyundai in Cerritos on 12/13/23 at 8:40am. When I arrived it took a while to get me checked in as other cars arrived after me and were sp Norm Reeves Hyundai in Cerritos on 12/13/23 at 8:40am. When I arrived it took a while to get me checked in as other cars arrived after me and were spoken to and handled before I was. Moving forward when I went inside to speak with the advisor I was telling him about some of the issues I had been experiencing with my vehicle. I mentioned that I knew my windshield was cracked and wanted to get an estimate on what the cost would be if I went through the dealer and used my car insurance with the deductible but that was never provided and said that it would be. Also mentioned issues about my tires and brakes. My front driver tire keeps experiencing low tire pressure and that my right passenger front tire had a visible bubble on the tire. They said they would check my tires out to see if they were okay. But guess what they weren’t even rotated because of the tire I complained about getting checked out was in the same spot. I hand wash my own car every single week since I’ve had it so I know they had not been rotated even though the paperwork states otherwise. The service advisor told me that that would correct all the tires air pressure and my air pressure remained the same as when I took my car in so another lie on that part. Then I mentioned issues with my brakes in which I have stated issues multiple times in regards to shaking of the steering wheel when braking at higher speed. I complained about this at about 15k miles and honestly I should not be having issues with my brakes at 15k miles on a brand new car. When I t More
