My experience is been always the same, very disappointing, I always call my service adviser or try to speak with any manager and no one calls me back or answers the phone leave multiple message disappointing, I always call my service adviser or try to speak with any manager and no one calls me back or answers the phone leave multiple messages and never get a response. Also when my car is in the shop never get any updates on my car and get a call like 4-5 days later getting the answer nothing is wrong with your car. Or other times week to two weeks later to get any information. Is annoying trying to get any information on the status of the car or never hear from anyone there. Will never buy a car from your dealer again. Will take my business somewhere else. More
