Bought ionic 5 in 2023 new. 6times had battery problems.jump start every time.took to dealer it’s a run around.paid for new battery in January and last week had same problem.I dr 6times had battery problems.jump start every time.took to dealer it’s a run around.paid for new battery in January and last week had same problem.I drive Lyft and every time get a customer had to jump start.last week I sent to the dealer on tow truck and they said it’s battery died again.hope the GM reads this note and check with his service department might be some action needed.even complained to Hyundai factory no response.Very sad first time bought Hyundai never recommend anyone to buy. Instead of telling your customers that if we do not perform a certain maintenance . Threaten to void my factory warrant . Quit using scare tatics to sell people .
