Had it not been for Natalie Harrison, I don’t think I would have ever had my vehicle fixed. She arranged for a courtesy vehicle (I supposedly had been on a wait list for a month) and she made it happen. would have ever had my vehicle fixed. They had my car for a month for a transmission issue. The first diagnostic and repair did not solve the problem ended up having to have a new transmission. The delay was too long and being told one of the reasons was I did not have the oil for the transmission and had to be ordered. Seemed very strange. When I picked up the car, finally everyone there was very accommodating and the general manager did all of the things I asked. In the end, I’m happy with the service. The wait time was unacceptable for a car with 5000 miles. More
