My problem with the finance department was total lack of transparency. The process took way too long. The finance manager never discussed interest rate we received. The finance manager was in direct violation of Truth in Lending Act. She manipulated the interest rate on the loan to slide the warranty on loan. She said she could add warranty for six dollars extra a month, but never showed us how she got there. We were at 8.99% on loan. Then when I received paperwork a few days later the rate was 6.99%. I didn't leave her office with any paperwork at all on car sale. Nothing! She manipulated the interest rate to add on warranty without telling us. That's illegal. I know why she did it because if I saw lower interest rate I still wouldn't want warranty, but I sure as xxxx would want 6.99% rate on loan or we would have walked because it showed we could qualify at that rate. I still have half a mind to file a complaint with powers that be. My daughter loves the vehicle. The Tuscan came with no floor mats, never had that before. Sure would be nice if y'all would offer that to make up for what occurred in your finance office. I have bought nearly 20 new cars over last 40 years and have never had such a negative experience with finance office in past, NEVER
