I dropped my vehicle off at your dealership Wednesday at noon for service. I’ve been a loyal customer bringing my car to you people for over a year. Yesterday (Thursday) I didn’t drive it AT ALL. The only miles put on my car since leaving your lot were the drive straight home Wednesday night and then to work this morning (Friday). This morning I noticed a big chunk of paint MISSING from my right rear wheel, damage that was 100% NOT there when I handed you the keys. I baby this car. I’m obsessive about it. There is zero chance I did this, and at work it sits isolated, nowhere near anything that could cause it. This damage happened on YOUR watch, in YOUR care. I’m beyond xxxxxx right now. I trusted you with my vehicle and you let some technician (or whoever) scratch the xxxx out of my wheel. I want this fixed, correctly, with a factory-quality repair or a brand-new wheel, whichever you have to do to make it perfect again, and I want it done at YOUR expense, not mine. I’m extremely disappointed and frankly furious that this happened. What exactly are you going to do to make this right, and how fast are you going to do it? I’m waiting for an answer today. More
