This was the worst service experience I have had in over 20 years. The service agent insisted on us doing over $1000 of unneeded work at check in and only dropped the items when we said we would be going so 20 years. The marked the car as being picked up at the end of the day even though we said we were waiting so it took over 3 hours for what we were told would be 1.5 hours. Service advisor was not courteous at anytime of the visit. We will not be returning to this dealership for any future service appointments or car purchases. More
