After reaching out one day to a couple of dealerships with no success i got a call from Karissa who said she had the exact color combination I had be After reaching out one day to a couple of dealerships with no success i got a call from Karissa who said she had the exact color combination I had been waiting on for over a year. She showed me the VIN. Took a small deposit and called me 2 weeks later with my car ready to roll. Cowboy Toyota actually gets more Prius inventory than other dealerships …but the mark up is several thousand dollars more compared to other dealerships. And most Toyota’s at any dealership only come with one key these days. Would be nice if Cowboy Toyota would pay for a second after factory key especially with the extreme markup. Ottom line …If you are wanting the newly redesigned Prius call this dealership (they are HARD to find) ..And work with Karissa. She is talented and efficient. Cowboy is fortunate to have her as an employee. Also, we found Gabriel in finance very knowledgeable & delightful to work with. Iraiz waz great at communication and facilitating the process. More
