Yaela was very kind. I will enjoy my new car for years to come. It took much longer than expected. I was told it would take between 30 and 45 min. I sat at Yaela's desk for nearly two hours before I got into financing. I had put down a deposit. Gabrielle kept asking me about it - at least 4 times. Are you sure you paid this? Yaela knew about it. Why didn't he know about it? I came into the dealership filled with with excitement and left with quite a bit of anxiety. Communication could have been much better. More
