Prior to deciding on Cowboy Toyota and DJ, I shopped around at all the major Toyota dealerships in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Abilene and El Paso. I discovered a lot of “bait and switch” BS tactics at most of the other dealerships. DJ and staff were very honest and upfront about the realities of today’s new car market and what I could expect from them. That was all I was asking for from everyone and only found it at Cowboy Toyota and DJ. I also appreciated the sales manager’s (Tobias) straightforward answers.
