Going above and beyond I had a planned maintenance for my 2018 CHR. The morning of the appointment, my car would not start. I called Carlos Lopez and he took care of me. I had a planned maintenance for my 2018 CHR. The morning of the appointment, my car would not start. I called Carlos Lopez and he took care of me. Carlos determined that the battery was dead and would not hold a charge. Seeing that the car was still under warranty, Carlos arranged for a tow truck to come to my house a retrieve the vehicle for the scheduled maintenance and then sent a driver to pick me up once everything was taken cared of. Customer care is very important to my family and I, as we are a Toyota family. Thank you Carlos for looking after us. More

Very nice visits every time I take my car for maintenance, usually pretty fast.
