I hoped for a fair value on my trade-in, and a similarly good value on my next purchase. My expectations were met and exceeded! The Internet Sales Director, Josh Stevens, was spectacular. Professional and responsive - he immediately forwarded several options at different price-points for my consideration. Josh was perfectly collaborative and his helpfulness exceeded all my expectations from a simple original anonymous inquiry. Josh then scheduled an in person appointment with me at the dealership to evaluate the options in person - where he also introduced me to the Fleet Manager, Karen Schlatterer, who continued the excellent experience. Karen was welcoming, soft-spoken, and pleasant. Karen doesn't sell cars - she builds relationships! We talked about my pen collection and some recent films while evaluating the vehicle options that were on my "must have" vs. "nice to have" list to find a great match at a price point that made economic sense for me. Both Karen and Josh treated me exceptionally well - like family even. This was an incredibly positive experience with the Toyota brand, Cowboy Toyota in particular, and far exceeded my expectations at every level. I have previously owned several luxury vehicles, and have high expectations for customer service. Josh and Karen at Cowboy Toyota receive my highest endorsement if you are in the market for a Toyota product. Further - I was blown away with the OTD price of the vehicle and a few extras I added. Most joyful and peaceful interaction ever I had a very rough 2018 so having to get a new car wasn’t on the top of my list bc of my past experience. We did all of this over the phone, and i even used 2 of my resources through friends to price check and go over the deals, they couldn’t even beat it! There was absolutly no hassle or run around! The most HONEST caring dealership i have ever worked with! Wonderful Experience! My husband and I went in late on a Thursday night as this was the only time we were both free. We drove over an hour from Denton in rush hour traffic to see if the outstanding reviews held true. They did! We feel it is only right to add to the online praise. We went in already knowing the car we wanted because they offered the best deal in the DFW. The process was very easy and pressure free. We felt as if the dealership was working with us and not against us. We found out during the test drive that this dealership is privately owned and operated and the owners are on-site. The difference is truly felt! Our salesperson, Andrea George-Carrington was WONDERFUL to work with. She really went out of the way to make sure the car was available for us to drive home in since it was recently delivered to the dealership. We felt welcomed by everyone we came into contact with and were given some great advice from manager Josh (I believe this is his name) who owns the same vehicle. We also appreciated Armando's advice on extending our warranty based on our projected driving habits (very long commute). The whole team seems very dedicated and we enjoyed our time. We LOVE our new ride and, being Toyota people, plan to return for future cars! So worth hour plus drive across town. Great service and peace of mind are priceless! More
