Plano and Richardson did not search for a vehicle other than to I contacted three dealers. Toyota of Plano, Toyota of Richardson and Cowboy Toyota. Plano and Richardson did not search for a vehicle other than to tell me they did not have any 2019’s yet. If they did, they did not tell me. Cowboy Toyota communicated with me, searched for and found one on a ship enroute to Houston. I knew every step of the process and there were no surprises, except that the car arrived at the dealer a few days before I expected it. So that was a pleasant surprise. A plus for me was all my questions were answered with no guessing or I don’t know answers. More

Informative, Pleasant, Rewarding My wife and I bought a '19 Camry XLE from Cowboy Toyota. Our sales person, Karen Schlatterer, was wonderful. We first communicated about price via ema My wife and I bought a '19 Camry XLE from Cowboy Toyota. Our sales person, Karen Schlatterer, was wonderful. We first communicated about price via email. What I was able to pay was in range of what Cowboy was able to accept. Going into the dealership I knew we were being priced fairly. She listened to me describe the features we wanted and the trim packages we wanted. She was able to tell us which car on the lot matched our needs. She got the keys and we took a test drive. Karen allowed us to drive the vehicle. No radio on while driving. No involved discussions regarding features, amenities or cup holders. Karen let us drive. She previously told us about the blind spot monitor, when it activated on the drive, Karen did point it out and elaborate on the feature. The Camry doesn't sell itself. There are a lot of bells and whistles that Karen showed us how to access. Richard Breaud worked with us on the financial side of the purchase. I was immediately struck by the fact that I could see his computer monitor. The front of his computer monitor. He explained financing options and extended warranty options. No hard sell. Just details about the programs when I showed interest. To make this purchase I worked with Karen and Richard. There were no pauses because either had to "talk to" a supervisor or manager. They have the information need and authority to sell a car. And they did. This is fourth vehicle I have purchased from a dealership. As long as Toyota continues to make solid automobiles I will continue to purchase that make. As long as Cowboy Toyota keeps selling cars, I will by from them. More
