My Experience buying a car I bought a car on Friday; Saturday it would not start (the battery) and a light was showing that there was something wrong with one of my tires. I ca I bought a car on Friday; Saturday it would not start (the battery) and a light was showing that there was something wrong with one of my tires. I called the salesman and he told me to bring it in to the dealership which I did a little later. The dealership told me that I had to pay for a new battery and for fixing the tire; I THREW A FIT OUTSIDE THEIR DOOR. A gentleman (Royce) asked me what the problem was and I told him. He said "wait a minute" and he fixed the problem. Except when I got in the car to leave th light showing a problem with the tires was still on, so I went back for them to look at the problem. A censer was out on a tire. I then had to wait another 2 hours to get that fixed. I was not a happy customer...I have bought 3 Toyotas here; but will not buy another car from them The next day I called the CEO of Toyota. More

Go see Caitlyn at Cowboy Toyota for your next vehicle! Caitlyn treated my wife and I great and helped us find the perfect car when we needed it most after one of ours was totaled. We didn’t have to go back and forth negotiating like the typical dealership experience. We found the right car, made a reasonable offer, and they accepted and we moved forward! The one hiccup to the process at Cowboy Toyota was the finance manager. He was very slow and adamant on selling us products that we were not interested in. Additionally, he had his screen tilted toward me the entire time, so I could see everything he was trying to charge me for, and then some! It is my understanding that he was within his first month, so hopefully this improves. Overall, I would suggest Cowboy Toyota when it is time for your next vehicle and would encourage you to seek out Caitlyn! More
