Karen Schlatterer was my salesperson - she helped me get the vehicle I wanted at a the price point I was going for, What keeps bringing me back to Cowboy is the superior customer care and service I receive from Cowboy's service department and my go-to woman, Shelly Jacowski. Shelly has been my Service Manager for all 3 Sienna's. I trust her implicitly; she makes sure my Siennas have been kept in tip top mechanical shape & when I tell her something is "off" she checks it out because she knows I know my car. More

Shelly Jackowski is the excellent and professional service. I have a 2006 Toyota Camry, always serviced by Shelly since I bought it new. I drive long distance from NE Washington DC, and West to California fo I have a 2006 Toyota Camry, always serviced by Shelly since I bought it new. I drive long distance from NE Washington DC, and West to California for numerous time. Now I have 24,000 miles, and never a problem. She recommends all the need service to the car. I also have my son's Toyota Matrix to have Shelly do the recommended maintenance. More
