They took the time - and the responsibility! Driving along not doing a thing when all of a sudden my car lurched, started making awful noises and had little acceleration or breaking. I limped up to the dealership, where service people poured out the door to see what was wrong. They had the car for several days and had to take the engine apart to find the problem. End result: a bracket in the oil cap had broken off and fallen into the engine. The dealership test drove the car repeatedly to make sure that all was well after it was repaired, provided me with a loaner car for the time they had my car - and because it appeared that the problem was a result of the oil change they had done, they assumed all responsibility - no charge for all the work they did. They were concerned, patient with my mild hysteria [this happened the weekend of my daughter's wedding!] and apologetic. I cannot ask for more than that! More
