I've been buying Toyota cars since 1987, and I've always gone back to the same place: Cowboy Toyota in East Dallas, which used to be Fowler Toyota and I've been buying Toyota cars since 1987, and I've always gone back to the same place: Cowboy Toyota in East Dallas, which used to be Fowler Toyota and Toyota Town before then. Back in '87, I bought my second new car out of college at Toyota Town--a new Toyota Celica convertible. I felt the experience was as positive as a car-buying experience could be, less pressure and more attention to my questions and concerns than my first post-college car buying experience at a different dealer. A few years later, when it was time to buy my mother a new car, I took her to the same place, which was by then Fowler Toyota. The same positive, low-pressure, full service sales approach was repeated and has continued to be repeated over the years through the ownership changes. My mother, my wife and I have purchased all our cars at this location/dealership and have used the Cowboy Service Department for all our car maintenance. All together, we've purchased eight Toyotas at this same location. Every member of the team has always treated us fairly, done good work and given us good deals. Just yesterday, I took my mother to Cowboy to buy her third Toyota in 20 years. General Manager Tobias Fulton and new salesman Thomas Robinson were low-pressure, knowledgeable and positive. It's hard parting with money to make a new car purchase, but this Cowboy team leaves you feeling good about the experience, the car purchase and even the new car payment. More

Cowboy Toyota is Tops in Dallas I went in for a Prius, and wanted a no-nonsense, fair offer from someone who new their stuff. I went to two other local dealerships and had not found I went in for a Prius, and wanted a no-nonsense, fair offer from someone who new their stuff. I went to two other local dealerships and had not found what I was looking for. The place that I did find was Cowboy Toyota and Liane Mann. Liane was a wonderful, no pressure, knowledgeable, fun salesperson! From making me feel comfortable and answering all of my questions, to finding me a Prius and taking me for a test drive, and finally making me a fair offer and walking me through the whole process (including a tutorial in the parking lot on how to operate my new car, both Liane and everyone I interacted with were first rate. I will definitely revisit Cowboy Toyota for my next vehicle - although that may be a while, as I am having a blast with my new Prius! More

2016 RAV4 experience I am a friend of Lianes and contacted her when I wanted to purchase a new Toyota SUV. This is my first Toyota purchase so I was not familiar with the I am a friend of Lianes and contacted her when I wanted to purchase a new Toyota SUV. This is my first Toyota purchase so I was not familiar with the different models and price ranges. Liane picked a 2016 RAV4 and off the bat it was the perfect SUV for me! Not only that, she assured me that my less than perfect credit, my first time buyer status, and the fact that I am in my first year as an independent business owner would not impede my ability to be financed. Every other dealership turned me down, but the finance dept at Cowboy Toyota worked to get me financing that I could afford! Thank you Liane and the financing staff! I can't wait to bring home my new RAV4 today! More

2016 Tundra - Talk about easy We have purchased five Toyota's, and a couple other makes, on the past and every time it seems like a high pressure sales event. For this new truck I We have purchased five Toyota's, and a couple other makes, on the past and every time it seems like a high pressure sales event. For this new truck I went through an on-line car pricing tool and several local dealers responded. Out of the dealerships I heard from I really liked working with Liane was the easiest to talk with straight away. She did not pressure me at all but instead looked for exactly what I asked for. We worked out a price easily and she was within $200 of the lowest (the lowest was over 60 minute drive away) and she was well under all the other local dealerships. After Liane handed me off to the finance department I was thinking "here we go, time for the up sales." That did not happen at all. Richard put a list in front of me and said "I know you have seen these lists before so I am not going to waste your time. Do any of these interest you?" That was the extent of the up sales pitch from finance. Talk about unexpected and easy! Two downsides to this dealership which are easy to overlook: 1) Do not miss the right turn into their lot when going there. It is not the easiest place to get to if you have to turn around :) 2) It is an older looking dealership/building. They are about to remodel I was told but are you wanting a fancy building with higher costs passed on to us or a cheaper truck because their building is paid off? Overall I will drive past two other Toyota dealerships to reach this one for my next purchase without hesitation. More

The experience was pleasant, efficient and quick from beginning to end. Through the dealership connections, Art was able to locate a rare Tacoma. The paperwork was smooth and quick and we took delivery in less than 30 minutes time at the dealership. The only reason it took that long was Art was kind enough to show a friend several other vehicles of interest for a future purchase. From top to bottom, Cowboy Toyota is run like a dealership should be run. If you do business with any other Toyota dealer, you are missing out. More
