The service department is great. I had a transmission issue with my 2013 Camry and visited another Toyota Dealerships in Richardson that was not able to fix the issue. In another attempt to fix my car, I stopped in Cowboy Toyota and was greeted by Shelly Jackowski in the Service Department. She was very friendly and listened to my issue. She called Terry from service and had him ride with me to determine what the issue may be. Terry was very helpful and had me set an appointment so I could leave my car. Together, they made me feel like Customer Service was a number 1 priority. After leaving my car, they fixed the issue the first time. Great Job. More

Doug Chambers at Cowboy Toyota was open and honest and I never felt pressure like I did at the the other dealerships to purchase something right away or to buy something that I really didn’t want. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and during the actual sales transaction there was no sales games and we quickly agreed upon the final price. I should also say that the staff at Cowboy Toyota was friendly and happy to help in anyway. Out of all the vehicles that I have purchased this was definitely the least stressful and best experience that I have had and would highly recommend them to others. More

Talked to Chris, seemed honest and easy to work with....I called late the next I went to look for a new Tacoma Monday night and everything went well. Talked to Chris, seemed honest and easy to work with....I called late the next day to order the truck with the options i wanted, and gave a $500 deposit......They ran my CC for deposit and then called me to say that the sales manager wouldnt let him do the deal at the price promised, and referenced an email sent earlier in the week it would be about $800 more.....Seems like a good old bait and switch to me so I asked for a refund of my deposit.....Beware of unethical sales tactics More
