A Very Joyful Car Buying Experience Before I went to Cowboy Toyota, I almost placed an order for a Sienna at a dealership near to my home. As a Costco member, Karen provided me all necessary documents and explained all options to me for decisioning. No price game. No hassle. No push from her to buy any options. I like her service style - frank, honest, responsive, and being your car buying assistant. At the time to pick up my new Sienna, my car was ready with full tank of fuel. Karen went extra mile with me to help me get familiar with car features even including pairing up my cell phone, my home address in navigation system, and gas station price comparison. New Car purchase My experience was full of surprises. I was drawn to Mr. Schultz because he was up front, friendly, not over powering, and did not play games with me. There was no pressure to buy and no confussing auto jargon. I was impressed that I did not spend a lot of time in their facility like most places. As a matter of fact, when I went to turn in paper work around 2:00pm, I left in my new car the same day right after 5:30 maybe. I was so stunned because my credit was not the best, and most places I have been to simply do not listen to my needs for my family because of this. They usually try to put me in the smallest unreliable vehicles with 4 children. Robert did listen. I was a bit disapointed that I could not afford the car I wanted, but I was open to the car I now have.I felt comfortable knowing Robert's wife has a Camry, and my mom had one years ago. I know they have good reputations for being safe, comfortable, and reliable. I like the idea that when he spoke to me about the car, he was being honest because he,his wife, and daughters have personal satisfaction experience with the Camry. If he can put his family, the ones he admire most,in this vehicle, then I can trust his judgement and buy one for my family as well. He even drove with me to turn in my rental car, and assisted me in adding the car to my current insurance carrier. My Camry is a great car for me and my family at this time. I came in for a test drive and Scott helped me figure out the exact features I wanted and was able to match everything to exactly what I wanted! I didn't have to compromise on anything! Scott walked me through using all of the features in the new Highlander and made sure I was comfortable with everything before driving off the lot and even called to check up on me the next day to see how everything was working out. I closed the deal with Karen and she was great as well. Most importantly to me, they did exactly what they said they were going to do each and every time. Definitely no over promise and under deliver here! I brought my previous car here for an insurance inspection and possible repair and the service department was top notch as well. They helped walk me through the process and communicated well with both myself and the insurance company. Ultimately, the car was totaled and I am now driving my brand new vehicle.
