Came here after Sport City tried to pull a bait and switch I originally went to Sport City to buy a 2014 Tacoma and ended up signing a contract for one in Abilene that they said they could get in 3 days. They ended up NOT getting it at all and ordering one which took 6 weeks. When it got here after making me wait they called me the day I was supposed to get it and raised the price by $1500 and claimed the contract we had didn't matter since it was for a different truck. Probably assumed after waiting 6 weeks I would just pay them but I walked away. Called Robert Schultz at Cowboy Toyota after this who had sent me a price for a Tacoma earlier and he was very straightforward and didn't play any games. He traded with another dealership and got the exact truck I wanted and it only took about 2 weeks and when the truck got here he actually charged me the price we agreed on. Even didn't make me put down a $500 deposit since I was a little nervous after Sport City basically tried to scam me. I probably spent a total of about an hour in there and got exactly what I wanted for a really great price. I also got a 1.2% interest rate and an amazing deal on a warranty and they did not make me play any games for me to get it they just told me the price of the truck, interest rate, and warranty straight away. Sport City had earlier sworn to me 5% was the best interest rate I would ever get and for some reason I believed them and signed since I was a first time car buyer and uninformed. So if you want to play games and get screwed then try Sport City and if not I would recommend Cowboy Toyota. More
