Toyota Paradise I have been shopping around for my 2014 Toyota Prius for roughly 2 months. I have visited numerous Toyota dealerships in the DFW metroplex. Every deal I have been shopping around for my 2014 Toyota Prius for roughly 2 months. I have visited numerous Toyota dealerships in the DFW metroplex. Every dealer seems to put on dealer added options that that are ridiculously overpriced and unwanted. Window Tint for $400 (real cost is $150), pinstripes $225 (real cost $25). It is obvious these dealer installed options are a way to rip off customers and pad their bottom line. Not only do these dealers add expensive options to the car that nobody wants, but also they are not willing to find you a car without any of these expensive extras. They want to sell you what they have on their lot and that is it. Furthermore, the sales reps have almost all been sleazy people who you feel are waiting to rip you off. At Cowboy Toyota the were willing to find me a car AT THE PORT with no options other then what I wanted. They were willing to find me the exact car that I wanted and they never gave me a hassle. Their pricing was straight to the point and my sales rep Karen Schlatterer was the most trust worthy and honest sales rep that I was able to meet. She did not beat around the bush, she did not feed me a garbage sales pitch. She did a awesome job in facilitating a car purchase. Simple, easy, friendly, and honest! What more could you want. i got the exact car I wanted, for the right price, and I left feeling like I did not get ripped off. Karen is awesome, friendly, kind, and trustworthy. She did her job perfectly in trying to find me my dream car. Thank you Cowboy Toyota for selling a clean (no extra options) Toyotas, and thank you for for not having sleazy sales reps. More

Great experience once again I decided to trade in my 2012 RAV4 that I had leased from Cowboy Toyota, so I called Liane since she had got me a deal on my RAV4 before. I was debati I decided to trade in my 2012 RAV4 that I had leased from Cowboy Toyota, so I called Liane since she had got me a deal on my RAV4 before. I was debating on whether to trade in and finance a used Prius or lease a brand new. Liane was patient with me and showed me both numbers and even beared with me on my last minute decision changes. My husband, who is in the car sales business, worked with Liane over the phone to get me to the best price and helped me make the best decision. She was able to get me some rebates that helped me decide to lease brand new with the option to purchase at the end of my lease. I live 2 hours away so Liane helped to speed up the process by telling me about filling out the first application online. She told me my new Prius with the color and features I wanted would be ready the next morning. Once I arrived, Liane showed me the car and it was exactly what I wanted. She went through all the paperwork with me and then I went to finance where I worked with Felanna who was quick and friendly. Liane was so kind to even walk my puppy that I took on my road trip around the dealership. She also took her time to show me every detail of the car and how to use it and even set up my Bluetooth and Entune for me. Before I knew it I was on the road in my new Prius! She was not pushy and didn't try to get us to buy more than we wanted. There was a problem with the vehicle that we selected because the original due date, for some unknown reason, was pushed out another month. However, she was able to find our second choice in color that we would accept the same day she called to tell us that our original choice would not be available until late July instead of late June. Opposed to other contacts at other dealers, Robert was the first to offer to procure a vehicle equipped exactly as I wanted it. A price was quoted. A very good price in my opinion. I gave Robert a credit card deposit over the phone, without ever visiting the dealership. Robert's communication was extremely efficient. Perfect in fact. What he said he would do, he did. What he said would happen, happened. The car hit the lot on Saturday morning, and was prepped and ready for delivery that afternoon. I am 53 years old, with 4 drivers in my family. I have purchased many new cars. Without exception, this was the simplest, quickest, most pleasurable auto transaction I have ever been involved in. This dealer's business model is different. They are transparent. Absolutely no xxxxxxxx. THIS IS THE WAY A NEW CAR PURCHASE IS SUPPOSED TO BE. When I arrived at the dealership to take delivery, I met with Robert to exchange some basic information, then met with Richard in the finance department to finalize the transaction. Again, no pressure to add products, warranties, insurance that I didn't want, just an efficient explanation of my choices, the manufacturer warranty, what I was signing, delivery of license plates, etc.. After some instruction on the operation of the car's electronic features, I was on my way. Very satisfied, very impressed. Thank you! More
