In October I bought a 2012 Highlander at Cowboy Toyota. It was the fourth Toyota I have purchased at Cowboy since 2006 and my sixth overall. I told them what I was looking for (a replacement for my wife's Buick Rendevous)and they responded immediately. They treated my wife like a queen and went out their way to find a Highlander with the particular color she preferred - which was not on their lot the first day we showed up. They arranged for a complimentary loaner to tide her over and lo and behold her new car arrived two days earlier than expected. We were very happy with the service we received from everyone at Cowboy but especially David and Patrick. They are outstanding and the dealership should be very proud of the service and culture they have created at Cowboy. More

I live quite a way from Cowboy Toyota but after getting quotes and working with a number of Toyota dealerships closer to Frisco, TX I realised it was worth the drive to Cowboy. Patrick is straight up and will openly and honestly discuss what he can and cannot do for you. He gave me an accurate out-the-door price on different matching vehicles that he had access to. A number of other dealerships I spoke to took days to get back to me. Those that did get back to me did not give me pricing on the vehicle I was looking for, rather miss quoted me on a inferior vehicle to try and get me in the door. "We'll beat any other dealers price, just come on in!" - What BS. I would recommend Cowboy Toyota to anyone looking to buy a Toyota in DFW and also suggest you speak with Patrick. More

This is my second vehicle I've purchased from Patrick in 5 years and I would like to say it was by far my best experience. I bought the car in July and wasnt quite sure I was ready for a new generation 4run 5 years and I would like to say it was by far my best experience. The customer service didnt end when I left the dealership. Patrick went out of his way on 2 different occassions to bring a car to my house, pick up my vehicle and help me get the backup camera installed.
