My wife and I could not be happier or more impressed with Cowboy Toyota as a whole, and Scott Henderson in particular. We found our Supersonic Red Prius Limited on the Toyota website, and took a chance on visiting Cowboy Toyota, with which we had no prior relationship. It was a brilliant experience from start to finish. Sales Manager Bethany responded to our initial inquiry via text well past operating hours, immediately putting us in touch with Scott, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly of great character and honesty. He led us through a test drive and overview of the vehicle, and spent several hours with us answering questions and allowing us to get to know him. Because we initially decided we wanted a Prius Prime, which we knew would be difficult to obtain, we left without pressure to consider our options. The next morning, we decided to buy the standard Prius Limited. Considering the demand for and relative rarity of the car and particularly the color and trim combination, we were relieved when Scott took our call immediately and confirmed it was still available, despite serious interest after we left the night before. We reached a consensus deal almost immediately. We found the entire process to be transparent and above-board, all the way through delivery, which happened a few hours later. My wife and are quite enamored with our Prius — this being our first Toyota, we find the quality of the car to be absolutely impeccable. Scott and the entire Toyota staff, including Armando in Finance, made the entire purchase process absolutely effortless. We have been fortunate to buy several cars over the years from various Sewell and Park Place dealerships. Cowboy Toyota and its entire staff compare favorably to them in every way, even exceeding a few purchases we’ve made at these premier-named dealerships. Everybody should be commended across the board for how well they handled their jobs, and how much they clearly cared about building real, lasting relationships with customers.
