The first time I brought my truck (then a 2005 4Runner that was 10 years old), I felt like I had been placed in GREAT hands in terms of being told the truth of what I needed to be safe on the road without trying to gouge my pocketbook!! Despite the fact that I now live 15 miles away--and pass 2 other Toyota dealerships, I will still continue coming to Cowboy Toyota and Shelly if and when I need my new 2020 Highlander serviced!! Quick The met me immediately upon arrival and got everything moving within 5-10 minutes. There was a question about whether or not the part was there. I was preparing to get irritated since I took off work and drove there for this appointment and they were supposed to pre-order the part. But, it was there. They had told me on the phone it would take 2.5 hours. They were done in a little over an hour. This was a recall...fuel pump. My cabin did smell like gas which was off-putting but other than that it was a good experience with an efficient process and professional team. More
