Taking Care of the Customer I stopped in the service department without an appointment because the check tire inflation light had come on. It was late in the day, around 5:30pm. I was greeted by Jonathan Zuniga, a very helpful and friendly Customer Service Technician. He told me to have a seat in the waiting area and someone would get on it right away. A nail was discovered in the front left tire. They repaired it and I was on my way in no time. Rather than have me come in the next day, Jonathan wanted to make sure the problem was taken care of right away, which was very much appreciated! Employees lie Jonathan Zuniga are what make Toyota San Diego's Service Department so outstanding. More
