Brett and Kyle are both phenomenal salesmen that know th enough. I have now bought 5 vehicles from here, and each time has been better than the last. Brett and Kyle are both phenomenal salesmen that know their product and know how to take care of their customers, and make them feel welcome and valued. The deals offered are straightforward and fair, basically eliminating the always dreaded negotiation experience. Finance did a phenomenal job getting us the best deal possible (considering current fed rates) and made it absolutely painless. While I’ll admit I was worried about the ownership change, they absolutely convinced me that Mr Frede sold this dealership to the right people. Ignorance and Pathetic describes this Dealership. Buying out of state is very difficult and I found a car I wanted to buy after a couple weeks of back and forth the communication at this place is Pa Buying out of state is very difficult and I found a car I wanted to buy after a couple weeks of back and forth the communication at this place is Pathetic at best. You have to your homework when you buy out of state and I found a Ford Focus I wanted to buy and you must get a Ford ESP Warranty to cover yourself , the Ford dealer by them wasnt sending the document that told me the car is eligible for it I made many calls that they Ignored.but this was the last thing before I paid for the car and get it shipped. Brandon the salesman sent a text Sept 19th saying we will just redo the paperwork and yesterday they pulled the deal after all the effort and not one person at this Dealer would call the Autonation and tell them to send that document about the Ford ESP Warranty and told me to go elsewhere as its easier to sell it locally and blow off the guy out of state. No call to discuss was made! Im a veteran and expect to be treated with respect and dignity. So ALL VETERANS listen this Dealer will not take care of you do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Dont walk run the other way. Lenny Gordon the General Manager refused to return my calls and emails as well. Totally unacceptable. Most importantly the Internet price on this car was $11,600.00 on 4 internet sites and I called the Dealer and they would not honor that and said it was another thousand dollars $12,500.00 and while it was on hold they advertised it for another thousand dollars at $13,500.00. Iv bought many cars out of state and Im the best at it and Iv never seen behavior like this. Its mismanagement and Greed plain and simple. This is what happens when a Billionaire buys a Auto Dealership and is an Absent Owner he has no idea just how bad this place is managed on a daily basis. * NOTE: read the response from my review on the dealership site the dealer saying " From the Owner" yea right, the response so typical avoiding the facts and not taking responsibility or addressing the price changes or their lack of making the deal happen as its easier to just off the customer out of state. The owner Tillman Fertitta a BIllionaire is not a hands on owner like most Car Dealership owners are. He is a absent owner which explains the behavior. Lying just comes natural for this staff at this so called Dealership. Your reponse is Ignorant and Dishonest. I will keep this Review updated as needed, stay tuned...... More
