Our Hyundai Dealership in Norman delivers a transparent process for selling all pre-owned automobiles that are 7- years & older and have over 100,000 odometer readings. AS-IS means this vehicle does not have a warranty from the dealership or manufacturer. You are responsible for ALL repairs needed after you take delivery. The car was inspected for safety. You were informed to buy this vehicle only if you were willing to pay for all the required repairs. This vehicle is only available at this price point because you accepted it in its current condition and did not expect the dealer to pay for the needed repairs. Norman Hyundai sells certified vehicles that come with a warranty. If you want one of those vehicles, do not buy a back lot beauty. I mentioned the fender the first day I came in to test drive the 2020 Toyota Prius. I asked multiple times and was never once told it would not be repaired. I called daily and was told the manager was gone or in meetings. Had I have been told, I would not have purchased the vehicle. It had a clean Carfax. I believe it was damaged when the driver took it off the truck. Your dealership got it in January. It should have been fixed then. I was never told it came from the back lot beauty vehicles. I never heard those words until your response. The car was also not detailed when I picked it up, but someone had put tire shine on the tires. I had to clean it myself.
