Dont go to DT I thought i got a good car BUT 45 days later, car was done for. Transmission gone. Then they dont assist and make you do all the leg work. They refuse I thought i got a good car BUT 45 days later, car was done for. Transmission gone. Then they dont assist and make you do all the leg work. They refuse to put me in a loner while car was out for 2 weeks at several shops. Today, again car broke down on me and they refuse to help. No rental reimbursement even though i was told they will do half of the $350 i paid for 1 darn week so i can get to work. They dont care and only care about collecting $$$ for cars they fix up to work for 30 days. Please i warn you, avoid GO SOME PLACE else. Drive Time experience has been a nightmare. More

MY DT EXPERIENCE My experience at drive time was OK. The sales associate I dealt with was very professional and patient. She really went out of her way to make sure I My experience at drive time was OK. The sales associate I dealt with was very professional and patient. She really went out of her way to make sure I left in the vehicle I wanted Even having to drive to another location to get it. I really appreciate her for that. My only issue is that I'm having a couple of minor problems with the vehicle and the shops I keep getting referred to keep saying they don't specialize in doing the type of work needed. My key is able to come out of the switch while the vehicle is on and the built in dvd player doesn't work. Both can be repaired so I'm not worried. More
