Cynthia Dickinson is very dishonest employee. The tint on my vehicle was scratched while in for a recall. She paid a shop to have it replaced, however, I was left with paying a portion of the c The tint on my vehicle was scratched while in for a recall. In the end I’m left to pay for the scratched tint and am out of pocket $550. I am extremely disappointed with her and North Bay Ford for not taking care of their customers. I will NEVER return to this shop. I will now deal with Salinas Ford. More
