I’ve been leasing cars from you for over 15 years, and the service center used to be a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, the recent experience has been disappointing. My radio hasn’t worked for over a year, but I didn’t have time to bring the car in until now. When I finally scheduled an appointment—after three recalls—the team refused to look at it because I was 3,000 miles past the warranty, even though I had booked the appointment earlier but had to wait for a loaner. On top of that, the service brake pad warning was ignored. It feels like the approach now is: “pay up or we don’t know you.” The manager could have easily made a few calls, just like the team quickly pointed out that I needed new filters. Instead, there was no effort to support a long-time customer. I still have one year left on this lease, and I’ll drive without a radio if I must. But after this, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. There’s no loyalty shown to customers anymore—very different from the old days when you felt appreciated for your business. More

The service was fast and the staff was friendly. I did not like the fact that when they returned the car after service it had been hosed off but not dried. Instead they left it in the sun to bake I did not like the fact that when they returned the car after service it had been hosed off but not dried. Instead they left it in the sun to bake / dry which resulted in water spots and basically made the car wash I paid for on Saturday pointless. Also, I didn’t like the fact that they left the car with water spots when it was returned to me because I couldn’t tell if the car had been scratched or dinged during any of the service work.
