Wow, a Nissan dealer that knows how to treat their customers, not just lip service. I was looking for a specific Altima Coupe and called North Bay Nissan to see if they had the car I was looking for customers, not just lip service. They were honest and told me no but they would see if they could locate one for me and would call me right back. I received a call within 15 minutes from the manager Ron (sorry don’t remember his last name) who told me he had located one for me. He gave me the specifics of the car making sure this is what I wanted, without asking me to come in he told me that he would have the car for me by that evening. When I arrived the next day it was exactly what I had ordered. Not only was it exactly what I wanted but the best thing of all was the price and the excellent customer service. If there service dept. is anything like their sales staff I would even consider driving the extra miles to Petaluma to have my car serviced there. Keep up the great work!!!!! Vince Simino More
The dealership gave me an out-the-door price over the phone, then reneged on it hours later when I was at the dealership, adding an extra fee. I could have walked away, but I really wanted the car. At first they had said they would accept a cashier's check (and why not), but then they insisted on having funds wired in. They did a horrible job of preparing the car, even though they had a day and a half notice. When I arrived for final pickup 1) the smudges and glue marks I had pointed out the day previous were still there 2) the gas tank was still empty 3) one of the fobs didn't work, and they had no one around to figure out why (it turned out later it was a key for a different car and they had to fedex me the correct one) 4) they did not drill and mount the front license plate bracket, telling me I could have it done elsewhere. The whole time they were very unfriendly. The sales manager never even acknowledged that I was just about to buy a new car. If you are going to deal with this dealership, insist on seeing the car fully prepped before handing over any money, and go through the new car checklist item by item. More
