We were fortunate as a good friend of Ricks greeted us and was very helpful and professional also as Rick was not there at the time. He also was very informative and I am sorry to say that I lost his business card but I do remember his name was unusual, Dwease or something unusual, but we do thank him also. They both did explain one very important feature to us and that being "the warranty program for low mileage used cars". This program has so many more benefits than even the 2016 models so we did purchase a 2015 Traverse with a "lifetime warranty" for the power chain, life time for the car that is. We looked around and Rick Schwab found us exactly what we were looking for at another location. He had it at the north branch location the next day. I had to work that day so Schwab and the financial loan guy (can't remember his name) worked very fast and were extremely thorough. I didn't have to be late for work and they made it easy for us to feel comfortable with the entire process. We absolutely love our SUV and are greatful for the experience we had at NB Chevrolet!
