Back in 2004 I was on this dealer's lot looking at a new screeming yellow Mustang Mach 1. It was one of the last limited edition models available before the 2005 body style change. Mike came out and intro screeming yellow Mustang Mach 1. It was one of the last limited edition models available before the 2005 body style change. Mike came out and introduced himself, and insisted that I take the Mack 1 for a drive. It was a great looking car but it was really the test drive that sold me. Once behind the wheel, looking out over the shaker hood scoop, and listening to the awesome sound of the V8, I knew that I had to have that car. I still have the car today and I give Mike the credit for me actually owning it. Back on May 2'nd I returned to North Brothers to see Mike in order to get the details on the new 2013 Focus ST. The order banks had just opened the day before and so I ended up placing an order for a performance blue Focus ST3. Production was delayed for the ST3 models but they finally started making them in October. During this time Mike was very helpful every time I called him to check on the order status of my ST3. The car was delivered to the dealer on a Friday morning, about a week after it was made. I was very happy to get the call from Mike telling me that my car had finally arrived. The cool thing was that the car just came off the truck late morning on a Friday, and I was still able to take delivery the very same day! I love the car and it is the best engineered car that I have ever owned! I came back to North Brothers again last week looking for a new vehicle, but this time I wasn't sure what to get at first. Mike ran the numbers on several new vehicles and then I decided to go with the new Escape 2.0L 4WD. The vehicle that I wanted was in stock and the process again went very smooth. The dealer was very busy the last day of the year, and the sales manager Jamie Koniarz was also very helpful, making his rounds to help customers take test drives and answer their questions. More

I love my car, it is the first Ford I have ever owned (coming from a GM family.) Ford Motor Co. has hit one out of the park with the Ford Fiesta.
