Two years ago I had leased my Mercury Milan from Mike Shebli, and it was time to make a decision on what my next vehicle was going to be. I had gone back and forth as to what my next vehicle would be, re Shebli, and it was time to make a decision on what my next vehicle was going to be. I had gone back and forth as to what my next vehicle would be, researching and comparing until I dropped. Foreign? Domestic? Stick with Ford or try something else? Along the way I had contacted Mike, asking him a question about one thing or another and each time he was very gracious in answering. Even when I called him one night after 9pm asking his opinion on a lease price of a competitor’s vehicle, he was very helpful to point out that it wasn’t the right decision. And truth be told, he was correct. A few weeks ago I came into the dealership to stop by and see Mike to see what kind of deals there were on a Focus. He ran the numbers for me, pulling up likely prices and scenarios, and booked an appointment for when I returned from my vacation, as I was eager to pick one out. And even though I probably got a little overbearing at times, I just knew what I wanted, and Mike understood, not once making me feel as though I was a hindrance. I have always appreciated the non-pushy approach that Mike takes, he doesn’t try to talk you into something, he just lays it all out for you to decide for yourself. It was no question as to where I was going to purchase my next Ford vehicle, or from whom. To put it simply, I will purchase my vehicles from Mike Shebli wherever he may work, which I hope continues to be North Bros Ford. He is a helpful, hardworking guy who has shown me that a good salesman, who truly wants/cares about your business will be there for you today, tomorrow, or tonight at 9pm. He is the kind of guy that you want to deal with, because he is open and honest with you. I had no problem dropping what I was doing to provide him with the information whenever he needed it. Its salesmen like Mike that make you want to come back, to re-lease, re-buy or whatever the case may be. Someone who doesn’t make it a drag to go to the car dealer, someone who asks about your family, asks about your life. He was helpful, understanding, and great to work with from beginning to the end, when I picked up my brand new Focus. He even stuck with me as I went back and forth between that and the Taurus, not once pushing me to make a decision. He let me work it out; presenting me with all the information I needed to make an educated decision. Great dealer, great service. More
