We have been using North Brothers Ford to purchase new and used cars for 19 years. We have also used their service center and unfortunately their body shop. I say unfortunately, because my car was in an accident. Both the service center and the body shop have done wonderful jobs. We've been working with Sharon Carpenter for many years. Our family has been buying cars from this dealership since 1973. The quality of the staff and the product has kept us coming back. We have bought other brands, but prefer our Fords. I was short on time and it was getting close to Christmas Eve. Mike Shebli and all those who helped with the purchase of my 2012 Ford Taurus were exceptional. They made my experience a great one. This dealership wasted my time. They agreed to a price on my trade in and on a new car lease. We had all of the paperwork signed and they took my down payment via credit card. Before handing me the ke on my trade in and on a new car lease. We had all of the paperwork signed and they took my down payment via credit card. Before handing me the keys, they tried to change the terms of the deal. It was not a matter of a mistake or anything like that. They just tried to change the deal post facto and squeeze and extra few hundred out of me. When you are leasing a $54,000 car, this should not be an issue. I refused to be worked in this manner. The salesman was fine, but the sales manager just hid in his office and would not even come out to discuss his position in person. This is exactly why people hate walking into a car dealership. I would avoid this place like the plague. More

Blake was awesome, made us both feel comfortable and didn't come off as pushy like so many other salesmen do. More
