Dealer Experience Worst experience ever! I understand that we all have jobs and quotes/goals that we have to meet but I thought that honesty should never be compromised Worst experience ever! I understand that we all have jobs and quotes/goals that we have to meet but I thought that honesty should never be compromised just to get the job done. Beware of this dealer because honesty and ethics are not something they consider important to carry our their business process. Make sure you reread a contract several times before signing it because they will change numbers without informing you of the changes. Very disappointing that dealers like this one are allowed to operate. More

2 Hour oil change? I took my f-350 in for and oil change and tire rotation at 11:42 am. As far as the tires go they only had to move them on the truck, NO dismount and I took my f-350 in for and oil change and tire rotation at 11:42 am. As far as the tires go they only had to move them on the truck, NO dismount and remount with balance . Just move them. This took 2 HOURS. AND I also did not receive a 20 point inspection or the report that goes with it. All my cars get this inspection and report EVERYTIME I have gone in. I was told my truck was ready and hustled out the door with no explanation of why it took so long. I think they forgot about me and panicked, because when I looked at my bill it was hand written over, and the price of the work had been reduced! Now if someone had said something or apologized that would've been better. I have learned my lesson at North Brothers. I bought the same truck from them ordered custom NEW. I drove the truck home thinking I was okay. But the dealer failed to UPDATE my plates and let me drive out with expired plates. THIS COST ME $160 when I was pull over 6 months later and argued with a cop that a dealer wouldn't sell me a truck and put expired plates on it!!! No I will never go back and will tell friends and family to go out of their way to NOT go to North Bros!!! More

Saticfaction!!! Most dealerships you go to make you feel like prey and the salesmen are vultures- not at North Brothers. We were greeted and asked if there was anything specific we were looking for, if we needed help, or if we wanted a few minutes to look around. They did not immediately ask for all kinds of personal info. I told Jason Law what I was looking for- he actually listened to me and my price range. He didn't try putting me in a vehicle that was out of my price range- but he did show me what I could afford that I didn't think I could!! Mitch was also great in helping with financing and getting the deal done. I liked that I didn't feel pressure or obligation to sign right away-I was encouraged but not stressed. I am over the top pleased!! More
