I Trusted These Guys. Nightmare. I am now paying another auto repair service to replace a bad Master Cylinder ( under warranty ), that North Bros put in this April 2016. A Nightmare. I am now paying another auto repair service to replace a bad Master Cylinder ( under warranty ), that North Bros put in this April 2016. Also, it needs a Brake Flush, which North Bros claimed they did, and charged me for, but didn't to the best of my knowledge. The Service Dept manager won't get back with me on this matter. I was told by them that I need new Front Calipers, and a Brake Booster. Not true at all. I just had the Calipers replaced 2 yrs ago. The new place said they are fine. Instead of telling me the truth,, that the Master Cylinder they put in back in April is bad, and could have been replaced under warranty, they said I need new front Calipers, and a Brake Booster. They also said they couldn't find those parts for my car, and wanted me to just drive it home with out brakes! I called around, and it took me 5 minutes to find the parts. When I told North Bros I found the parts, they were shocked, and asked me where I found them. Then out of the blue, they were able to find the parts through another parts store they deal with. ( Parts that I never need in the first place ). I had to have it towed to another auto service repair, because North Bros said I had no brakes. I DO have brakes according to the new place. Enough to let me drive it to the new place. Which means I didn't have to have it towed at all. I could have driven it to the new place. I'm sure they have gotten a good laugh out of this. I originally came in for my Free oil change. They even tried to charge me for that too, after all was said, and done. Just to add insult to injury. What kind of dealership tells someone to drive home with no brakes? More

Great Dealership I leased a 2014 Fusion in. Nov. 2014. I had been a Chevy customer for 40+ years, but drove a friends Fusion and liked it. My sales person was Tom Re I leased a 2014 Fusion in. Nov. 2014. I had been a Chevy customer for 40+ years, but drove a friends Fusion and liked it. My sales person was Tom Reno. Tom is a no nonsense and no pressure salesman. If you tell him what you want, he will find it for you and NOT try to sell you something you don't want. In my dealings with all of the staff at North Bros., I found them all to be pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and willing to put forth the extra effort to accommodate your auto needs. I turned the car in today and it went as smooth as everything else at North Bros. Adam, the lease manager, walked me through the steps to turn the car in last week and it was a breeze. Upon the return inspection, the inspection company found 3 items which I could have been charged to replace at a cost of over $500. Tom Reno, knowing that I was not going to get another vehicle (I have 4 others), was nice enough to wave the charges and it did not cost me a penny.😀 I think many other dealers would have charged me the full amount. I plan to get a new car next summer and plan to buy that car from Tom Reno at North Bros. They are without a doubt the best dealership I have dealt with. 10+ More
Step up your game North Bros I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 escape three weeks ago. The process was easy and hassle free. I received a decent return on my trade in and the I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 escape three weeks ago. The process was easy and hassle free. I received a decent return on my trade in and the sales staff were respectful and professional. However, I've now ran into transmission issues and have had to come back three times in three weeks. The service dept employees are very professional, but the end result is highly disappointing. The dealership keeps the vehicle for eight hours or more and after three visits cannot find anything wrong. The transmission noticeablly slips and slams into gear. In addition, the blower motor needed repairs ,a stereo speaker blew, it needed a front end allignment and it now has an oil leak. Buyer beware of the certified pre owned claims and guarantees. I'm starting to think they sold me junk and that they probably knew it. More

Well if you've been following my exploits with North bros Ford, you have noticed I'm trying to buy a 07 f-150 and its just not working out. As I said I was going to make them a offer on the truck and minus the costs to make the truck road ready and safe which I thought was fair. We couldn't have been father apart, come to find out they take trade ins using the NADA guide according to the used car mgr. Well thats bad for me , but good for anyone looking to trade their vehicle in on a new or used vehicle. Anyway I would like to thank JASON (not justin) my sales person for all his time and effort. He really worked hard to get this deal done, It just wasn't meant to be. All used cars and trucks are going to have some problems or else they wouldn't get traded in, not to many people get tired of driving a perfectly good vehicle. I'm not saying the dealership is bad, I'm saying I'll look somewhere else other then North Bros Ford when looking to buy a vehicle. More
survice is poor Worst service ever my sister went to get oil change and new tires and they said it needs upper and lower ball joints $700 four hours latter I went ov Worst service ever my sister went to get oil change and new tires and they said it needs upper and lower ball joints $700 four hours latter I went over to the dealer ship and wanted to see the old tires well they were still on the truck no oil change was done the truck was still in the same spot she parked it at 8am. its 1pm and they never touched it. how could they even now it needed all that front end work? Stay away from this dealer ship they charge for work that don't even need to be done. Quick oil change is maybe 1 Hr. tops not 4 Hrs. More

He is very personable. I got into my car within 24 hours of being at the dealership.
