The salesman was able to make my 2022 Ford Maverick purchase very simple and straight forward, he stress that there is no dealer mark up since this is a pre-order purchase. Would be glad to buy another vehicle from him, no pressure to sign the purchase which is very important. The Finance Manager, a very fine individual and thorough in selling the extended warranty package. Again very knowledgeable and sincere so I signed up for the a few of the packages. Upon doing research after the fact, I discover there were a lot negative on the claims and claim process on the social media on the brand. I would be thrill for the Finance manager to earn that commission but because the review is somewhat negative, I decide to terminate the contract. My decision to terminate is strictly base on the reviews on the brand and complaints that others had posted on the social media. It had nothing to do with Finance Manager, I would have kept the signed contract because of his sincerity but the negative complaints on social media were just too much to ignore. Overall the NCF did an excellent job and I would recommend others to buy from them, ANYTIME and of course from NCF. You all had done a great job to make my purchase painless, very exciting and only the features I needed. More

We just discovered the 2018 Explorer we purchased new from North Central Ford has a broken bracket the windshield attaches to. Either at the factory or dealer, someone fixed it with, among other things, from North Central Ford has a broken bracket the windshield attaches to. We also have a platinum warranty on it which they sold as covering everything "bumper to bumper". However, they say this is "trim" which is not covered by the "bumper to bumper" warranty. They "wish they could help us." These guys suck. More
