I really like my Honda. But service management has been poor. They mailed me something about a recall, and then when I followed up about the part it was very confusing and t But service management has been poor. They mailed me something about a recall, and then when I followed up about the part it was very confusing and they said it would be awhile before it would be ready. They said I just needed to keep calling back to check. Six months later, they finally had it, but the person I spoke to on the phone seemed confused about whether multiple things needed to be checked or just one. The whole scheduling process was difficult. I was not aware the replacement maintenance would take 3 hours until I got to the appt, which was tough timing. They said they would call me when it was ready, they never did- I called them and then the person the phone again was not very warm or helpful, and just stated that yes, my car was ready. When I got to the lot for pickup, the car was in the last spot and blocked in by another car. I had to go back in to the maintenance center to ask someone to move the other car. The whole thing was just more hassle than it needed to be. Not super helpful staff More
