My wife and I just purchased a new CRV 2026 Hybrid a few days ago. We’re fortunate to have Jim Rubey assigned to help us thru the sales process. Jim was very helpful and patient showing us the new features of the car. There was no pressure nor hassle. He got rid of any anxiety we felt stepping into the dealership. Jim was friendly and professional in dealing with us. I feel he is someone I can ask questions and approach even after the sale is done.

I do my out the door math before I go to the dealer. We took the around the block spin but I wanted to take the vehicle on the highway and I was allowed to do so, (something the nearest Honda dealer to my house wouldn't allow. Cost them a potential sale) My car was very clean, strictly maintained with all receipts and a spread sheet summarizing them. I'd like to think they took time to review the spread sheet, but what I know is they came back (first number is never legit) the second time and were less than 1% different than the number in my head. The negotiations took about 15 minutes, the finance office took about 10 minutes. No attitude, no pressure. Trading vehicles was no more stressful than buying a candy bar at a grocery store. It took me longer to drive to a bank a couple miles away, fetch a cashiers check, and drive back to the store. The whole process was a wonderful surprise. Sales guy Adrian and his manager Sebio (I think) took care of business the way I feel it ought to be done. Great experience.
