On Tuesday 4/30 I came in for an oil change and when I had left, my driver door wouldn’t close correctly. When I noticed, I took a picture of the inside of the door which had fresh paint chipped from the had left, my driver door wouldn’t close correctly. When I noticed, I took a picture of the inside of the door which had fresh paint chipped from the door being bent. When I called the store, I talked to Adrian, my advisor and emailed him a picture. I came in and he immediately said, I showed my supervisor and we aren’t going to fix it but let me get him. After speaking to him for 2 minutes he went and got nick, the gm. Nick proceeded to call me a liar and that it was preexisting which it was not. He talked down to me as if I was nothing and told me he wouldn’t fix their mistake. Now I have a door that doesn’t shut right. I purchased the vehicle 12/26/23 and this is completely unacceptable. I took it to my mechanic and he did verify that it was new damage. After I purchased the vehicle I brought it to him to give it a look over so he has seen the vehicle beforehand. I would like my door fixed. I followed back up later Tuesday afternoon and said I would receive a call back but I have yet to get a call. More

They told me the wrong date of the appointment so I showed up expecting my car to get worked on. They said they couldn't take it, so abmitidly I angrily said this place is always such a hassel (it real showed up expecting my car to get worked on. We located a Ford Escape online that we wanted to look at and drove from the Canton Ohio area to check it out and purchase. 1. Devin M. was our salesman. He was awesome! He was professional, polite and knowledgeable, especially considering his short tenure so far with the company. All of the staff were kind and welcoming. We arrived on a Saturday 8/26/23. The dealership was extremely busy, but everyone did a fantastic job of multi tasking and taking care of all of the clients. 2. The Dealership is smaller than most. It was very clean and had ample seating for everyone that was being waited on. 3. Both of the vehicles we looked at were listed online and still on property when we arrived. The only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 star rating is that both of the vehicles were dirty when shown to us. The first vehicle we looked at had a horrible smell inside of it, so bad, we couldn't even get in it. The second, the one we purchased, had exploded food products in the center compartment in the back seat. The dealership was quick to get it all clean up for us. Overall a good experience. More
I have never felt this way after purchasing a vehicle. They don’t check cars before sold, the service, sales managers are horrible I’m not clear to how this a credible dealership selling vehicles that one They don’t check cars before sold, the service, sales managers are horrible I’m not clear to how this a credible dealership selling vehicles that one day after purchase the check engine light came on. Which I know they turned it off for the sale. Run in the other direction if possible. You can do buy here pay for better experience than this dealership 100% wouldn’t recommended them to anyone not my worst enemy. More
