Friendly, quick, fair priced vehicle. I was on my way back to Pennsylvania from visiting family in Illinois. It was a Sunday afternoon, which is uncommon for a dealership to be open on Sunday, I had seen on auto trader that North Coast Auto Mall of Cleveland had a 2015 Volkswagen Golf, which I had been looking at lately so I decided to stop in and check it out Reed Dieckman helped me out and I had traded in my old car and had my new golf in like 1 and a half hours which was awesome since I still had a few hours to drive to get home. Overall Reed was great, Kelley Weaver who handled the finance was great, and I would definitely come back to buy another car. More
