I went to this dealership on a Saturday with the intent to buy a 2019 Audi A7. I was met by a female salesperson who offered to help me. Before we got started she told me I was required to fill out a com to buy a 2019 Audi A7. I was met by a female salesperson who offered to help me. Before we got started she told me I was required to fill out a complete form with all my information so they could "talk to me about the car". I had no intention to finance the vehicle through the dealership. After filling out the form and taking the car for a test drive I was intent on buying it. When I returned to the dealership after the test drive my salesperson was now dealing with another customer. I was told to wait. After waiting for some time I approached the sales manager who said they were working on the deal as we spoke. I waited around longer but no one approached me. I asked the sales manager for my vehicle's key back three times before he finally returned it to me. I felt he was keeping it hostage so I would not leave. After about a 45 minute wait I left. I got two follow up calls days later after I had called to inquire about the car again. I ended up buying another vehicle from a different dealership. I would never shop at this dealership again. More
