They sell damaged cars bought at auction and pass them off as "brand new." They work multiple deals while you sit there for hours waiting. They tell you the car you like is there and then when you arrive it has frame damage and can't be sold. They will tell you anything you want to hear to get a sale done. Make sure to have a car double checked by a mechanic before you trust you dollars on anything this company sells. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! More

Deetra Ross and Jason Lindsey went above and beyond My husband and I were so pleased with the experience we had with North Coast Auto Mall recently. Deetra Ross and Jason Lindsey went above and beyond what would be expected. Before we make the 5 hour drive to their facility, they were gracious enough to take pictures and videos of the vehicle and send it to us so we could make an informed decision. Jason went so far as to get under the car to take pictures of the vehicle so we could see the condition of the underbody of the car. The entire staff at North Coast Auto Mall was very kind and extremely professional. We have no hesitation recommending North Coast Auto Mall for the purchase of a new vehicle. More
So Disappointed! I was looking to trade my car in and by another car from Northcoast. I went through AAA association to find the car I wanted and got a call back from John Wayland. We made an appointment for me to come in. When I got there I met with Nick Baron, which was the first strike, because I thought I was meeting with John! They offered me $11000 for my 2013 Chrysler 300C with 45,000 miles, strike two. One the website blue book value with everything wrong was $13,000. Nick said he would check with other warehouses to get better trade in deal. After numerous calls and emails to John and Nick, both promised to get back in touch with me, but never did! I was so disappointed! Even with the bad reviews I decided to give them a chance. Even if they had bad news, they could have communicated something back to me. It worked out though, CARMAX traded my car for $15,500 and I got my car. More

Honest Rob delivers. The most important feature is honesty combined with quality for the price. A long distance transaction like the one I did is risky. T Rob delivers. The car had a few relatively minor repairs...but on the whole a good value. She uses it to travel around the city and go home to Maryland. More

Buyer Beware!!! Service was a nightmare! I have been trying to settle with the general manager, Terry, for a year. I brought my car (2007 Range Rover HSE) in for an oil change, had to wait tw I have been trying to settle with the general manager, Terry, for a year. I brought my car (2007 Range Rover HSE) in for an oil change, had to wait two hours because they delivered the wrong oil filter (per Danny in Service). During the wait, their tech was fiddling underneath the hood of the car. After I drove back to work, I picked up a client. On the way to their destination, all of the antifreeze leaked out of the car because the coil was too close to the fan belt and got clipped (per the dealer). The car overheated and I could not get my client to their destination. I lost that account because their service tech screwed up my car. Then, I had to have the car towed to the dealership. I couldn't work the whole weekend. I spoke with the salesperson, Landry, he advised me to speak with Terry, the bookkeeper. Even though it was months later, I spoke with Terry. She said she would look into it and get back to me. She has never returned any of the numerous messages. Obviously, after you buy a car from them, they get your money, they no longer care about you. The car had no problems when I brought it to the Service Dept. Now, they don't want to own up to their mechanic screwing up my car. Leave Auto World USA alone. It's not worth it. The only time they are interested in you is when you are buying a car. More
