Good afternoon, My name is Matthew Chirino and I am the Customer Service Manager for North Coast Auto Mall. Please allow me the opportunity to apologize to you for your experience with us. We do purchase vehicles at the auction as it is cheaper and allows us to pass along the savings to our customers. That being said, we always inform our customers if one of our vehicles has been in a previous accident or has structural damage. We also ALWAYS allow for our customers to bring in a 3rd party mechanic or inspector to have the vehicle checked out for our customers peace of mind. Unfortunately, once in awhile our dealership will have an overflow of customers wanting to buy cars with us due to our great deals!! At these times we try to work with our customers and ensure that no one feels left out or like we are not providing excellent customer service. For this I again apologize profusely.
