Mike, You all are too far away for me to consider doing business with again. I am in Missouri. I would encourage you to be honest with your customers and they will come back to you. The vehicle was mis-represented to me on ebay when we purchased it. I was not well taken care of as a customers when I arrived. I could have overlooked all of these things, but the BLATANT deception that occurred though the interaction causes me to question the integrity of your dealership. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I wish you the best of luck in turning the direction of your dealership around so that my situation is the rarity. My husband and myself are both in sales, so we understand what customer service is. We would never have treated a customer the way you treated either of us in this interaction--NEVER--particularly one who came 14 hours to do business with us.
