Bad Sales Experience - Shopper's Read and Beware Went in for service as usual when routine maintenance needed. As usual, service department is FANTASTIC. As usual, you get approached by a sales guy t Went in for service as usual when routine maintenance needed. As usual, service department is FANTASTIC. As usual, you get approached by a sales guy trying to make a sale and get you to trade in your vehicle you are there to have serviced. This time I bit because they used the same old line, "What if I can get you into a new car and keep your car payment the same?" Well heck, that makes sense to me, get a new car and walk out with the same payment..... why not? I warned them my current Honda had a lot of miles on it and I had plenty of inequity... "oh dont worry, with Honda financing since you've been a good paying Honda Financial customer and with our current auto deals.. we can get you into another car". Well, I'm not angry that they couldn't make the deal, but why even make those kind of comments, waste someones precious time, just to come at them with a payment that was $179 dollars more per month and requesting $2000 down for someone with a credit score over 750 on all 3 credit bureaus just to cover the inequity I already knew I had. Sales here will try to hook you with their smooth lines.. it starts off with the smooth salesman, then the manager approaches you to assist, and finally someone in finance will present the deal trying to make it seem that they are doing you a favor... STAY AWAY.. I dont think this place will give you the best deal, although they can sucker you into feeling as you are getting a great deal. Plus, at one point they even tried pushing me towards a different car from the original one I was considering because it would get me closer to that price range I wanted. Anyway, you've been warned. However, if you need your vehicle serviced.. the guys here are GREAT.. that I can't argue. More

Excellent personal attention, Terrible phone service Before i did go to Honda service, i did try to get info by phone and by OnLine Chat, but the first time i did call they were transfering my call to d Before i did go to Honda service, i did try to get info by phone and by OnLine Chat, but the first time i did call they were transfering my call to different departments and musical songs, then the last person told me there is not recalls in there and hanged up. I called again, they did transfer me to different departments, and then last person did cut my call. I did redial again but now i was lucky a kindly person called Gilbert did answer my questions. Next day i did go to Honda service and i get a Spectacular GREAT Attention, but there were not available parts for my airbag inflator safety recall, so i get an appoint for next Monday. I did go there next Monday, but it was Memorial and their workshop is closed. Ruben offer me to left there my car for service and then I could use a company car to i go home and i do return next day to pick up my car, but i did can not use their kind option cause my job. Then i did return next week for the service and i get the SAME EXCEPCIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Visiting Honda of Corpus Christi is really Pleasure More
