Very poor service dept, and no loaners ! On June 16 I drove my 2020 Dodge Challenger with 22,800 miles on it to the dealership as the engine was over heating. The quick check by a tech lead On June 16 I drove my 2020 Dodge Challenger with 22,800 miles on it to the dealership as the engine was over heating. The quick check by a tech lead to thinking the issue was with cooling fan[s]. So because I couldn't drive the car I obtained a rental car for $63 per day. At the time left my car there only two techs were working in back. On June 18 I was infromded that it was the engine fans and they were on back order. I aked Jordan the service write up tech [ no business card] to see about obtaining a used item from a auto recycle yard. He said OK. On June 18 Jordan said my fan assy would be in Monday June 22. I called June 23 and was told there was a delay getting the parts. Today June 25 I heard the same story,again. However on Monday I had supplied Jordan with a Mopar parts link and sent it to him via email. He said all that link showed was a single fan. Amazing he didn't search the Mopar link because they list everything. I'm stuck with $63 per day rental because it seems and I quote my self" Jordan it seems you are in over your head" in this potion ! I'm 85 years old and have bought new cars since 1965 and this is my third Dodge Challenger. In all my years I've NEVER experienced such poor dealer service at every level as N. Country Dodge, Jeep, Ram ! Just what in te xxxx is going on there ? Meanwhile $63 per day cost because of inexperienced or poor service support is costing me and I'm VERY unhappy ! More
