I can't say enough about the incredible customer service I received when I took my 2010 Ford Edge to North Country Ford Lincoln Mercury for routine maintenance. They anticipated my arrival, there was no waiting to get checked in, and they came to find me in the waiting area when my car was done. We really liked the value pricing and felt no pressure from eather of the salesman. When we were close to purchasing the salesman helped us find just the truck we wanted by checking all of the state deale from eather of the salesman. When I brought the truck in for adding the crystal fusion to the windows they were curtius and timely. However, we also wanted a new key and mud flaps. Though the contour ones were not available (production issues) the standard ones were also not available and had to be ordered. Not only did I get a good price and decent financing, my salesperson helped me set up my phone to the Sync system, he spent about a 1/2 hour with me going over all the features of the car too. The salesman was NOT pushy. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I walked onto the lot because I had researched it online.
